Overview

Audit Proof, is a cloud-hosted solution that helps law enforcement agencies gain valuable insight into their staff’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC) activity. With a user friendly, search engine-like interface, Audit Proof provides Police Chiefs and supervisors with a streamlined tool for faster reporting and proactive monitoring of the agency’s search activity, which minimizes the potential for improper access of sensitive data and helps the agency achieve accreditation and compliance requirements.

Project goals

• The product needs to be easy to, intuitive interface and visually appealing

• It needs to be able to run analytics, audit score, compliance, monitoring alerts and administration

• It needs to save at least 10% of users time compared to alternate ways to check for records

My Role

As the only designer on the team, I was tasked in creating prototypes and high-fidelity screens design for the product. In this role, I was responsible for:

• Collaborate with all stakeholders

• Prototyping and high-fidelity design

• Logo design and custom iconography

• Delivery graphic assets to development teams

The Challenge

Create a secure portal where authorized police personnel can conduct queries, internal audits and cases. The product needed to be customizable, and complaint with the FBI reporting’s.
